I have now lost 45 Kgs through just Training ( not dieting ) - that's over SEVEN STONE - my shape is ever-changing and I am dropping in clothes sizes - I have ENERGY and FEEL GREAT - the Most Important Change is my Mind - I now want to train and watch what I eat.
Thanks to all the staff.
I have lost over one and a half stone, my cholesterol is down, my knees are stronger and I still look forward to training every time!
